For women, a value exceeding 80 cm is critical, and for men, 94 cm.
Only a comprehensive approach will help – diet plus exercise.
But you won't be able to get rid of visceral fat quickly. Only regular exercise, running, swimming, cycling will strengthen your muscles and help burn accumulated fat.
It is important to exclude fatty foods and overeating from your diet, eat more vegetables and fruits, as well as protein.
