Fitness trainer Alexandra Sulim told what to do to get rid of belly fat.

She gave five useful recommendations during a conversation with Izvestia representatives.

First of all, she recommended maintaining a drinking regime.

It is important to get enough liquid for the body to function properly. As for the daily norm, there should be about 30 ml of liquid per kilogram of weight.

The specialist also noted that the diet can be supplemented with dietary supplements.

Sulim recommended not to eat immediately after training.

It is advisable to eat at least half an hour after exercise.

At the same time, if you want to get rid of excess weight, you also need to remember about a balanced diet and not deviate from the daily calorie intake.

As for training, it is advisable to combine strength and cardio training. The latter should be at least half an hour long and include interval acceleration.
