You shouldn't choose extreme diets.

Nutritionist Tatyana Meshcheryakova told Izvestia in more detail about how best to lose weight.

The specialist recommended using fasting days from time to time to lose weight quickly.

In addition, you need to completely eliminate sweets, bread and other flour products from your diet.

You also need to reduce your consumption of fatty meats, lard and fats.

You need to drink more water, especially warm water, to maintain a good metabolism.

As for fasting days, they are allowed once a week. They help to lose weight faster. But it should be noted that you can't starve on such days. You can choose vegetable soups, kefir, juices.

It is not advisable to eat fruit on such days. As Meshcheryakova explained, this can provoke an unpredictable reaction of the stomach and intestines.

The result will come from interval feeding, when any meal is taken at a certain time, for example, from 8 am to 6 pm. This will allow you not to overeat.

As an addition, you can include a massage and a visit to the sauna.
