Nutritionists talk a lot about a balanced diet and advise eating more fresh vegetables and fruits.
Eating beets or just an apple separately is boring, so various salads were invented, including for those who are losing weight.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told what salad to prepare for dinner besides "broom" and "brush".
1. Boil the beets, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
2. You can use any nuts, but if the kernels are large, you need to grind them.
3. Grate the cheese and carrots on a fine grater. Grate the apple on a coarse grater and press the garlic.
4. The prunes should be steamed for 5 minutes in boiling water and finely chopped.
5. Form the salad, laying it out in layers. The beetroot should take up half the volume of the salad bowl.
The second half is evenly filled with layers: carrots, apple and nuts, then sour cream, cheese, garlic, the rest of the beets and prunes.
Decorate the salad with greens and serve. Enjoy!
