As in the first case, two mackerels are defrosted, heads and entrails are removed. Mackerel is cut into small portions, seasoned with salt and pepper, and laid out on a baking sheet covered with foil. Vegetables are salted, peppered and sent there too.
If salt is not used in food, then it is not necessary to add it to vegetables; only fish needs to be salted a little.
Cover with a layer of foil on top (for a very healthy diet). It will be very tasty if you sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
