So, despite the fact that during periods of intense stress our body itself tries to quickly repair the nervous system and asks for fast carbohydrates, which are part of sweets and flour, you should not follow its lead.

Chocolate or cookies can "give" only a temporary effect. In just half an hour, stress will make itself known with renewed vigor.

But nuts in such situations will only be beneficial, since they contain magnesium. This element has a calming effect on the nerves. Nuts also contain protein, which slowly releases energy.

Bananas, which contain the so-called “happiness hormone” serotonin, are also a healthy snack.

You can eat soups and avocado to relieve stress, but grapes and other fruits, which sharply raise sugar levels, just like coffee, are best added to the “stop list”.
