Scientists have developed a formula for the best nutrition to keep the heart healthy.

The corresponding publication was placed in the Vechernyaya Moskva newspaper.

As it turned out, the study analyzed data from 245 thousand people from 80 countries.

This helped to find out what exactly should be added to the usual menu to avoid health problems.

To do this, each meal should include fruits or vegetables. It should be taken into account that pomegranates, bananas, pumpkin, onions, persimmons and peppers are more beneficial for the heart. It would not be superfluous to include tomatoes in the diet.

You need to consume dairy products.

These products contain a lot of calcium and help prevent angina and hypertension.

You should eat dairy products, nuts, but it is important not to overdo it, since the latter product is high in calories. At the same time, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts or pistachios improve blood pressure, have a positive effect on cholesterol levels.

Doctors noted that one should eat legumes three to four times a week, and fish twice a week.
