Environmental Science & Technology Lab has found that when heated, plastic labeled “BPA-free” releases bisphenol-S, which disrupts thyroid function.
Toxicologist Irina Morozova warns:

“Even heating in such a container alone increases the level of toxins in the blood by 40%.”
