Butter contains numerous beneficial compounds and microelements necessary for the human body.

Therefore, moderate consumption of the product will not cause any harm to health.

Quite the opposite: the functioning of the stomach, intestines and other organs will improve.

In addition, including butter in the first meal after waking up guarantees an energy boost.

But which product is better to choose - with a fat content of 72.5 percent or 82.5 percent?

Which of the two types of oils is healthier?

Some people prefer butter with 72.5% fat content, because they reason as follows: “The product contains less fat, which means it is lighter and healthier.”

Other gourmets try to buy only butter with 82.5%, explaining their choice as follows: “A product with a lower fat content can hardly be called real.”

Both are wrong about something. After all, both types of the product can be high-quality, tasty and healthy.

And yet, it is advisable to choose oil with a fat content of 82.5 percent.

However, the point is not that a product with 72.5% fat content supposedly “cannot be real butter.”

The point is different: the 82.5 percent product contains more natural milk fat. Such butter will be very useful for many people, but first of all - for little gourmets. In addition, such a product is more difficult to counterfeit: it is unlikely that you will be able to pass off margarine as it.
