Another trick for cooks who value their time.
Minced meat is usually defrosted in advance. For example, in the morning it is taken out of the freezer, and closer to the evening they start cooking.
But there are situations when there is no time for long defrosting – soft minced meat is needed here and now. Often housewives use a microwave for this, but there is an equally effective trick.
You don't have to wait several hours or hold the package under tap water.
When the minced meat is just out of the freezer, but there is no time to wait, the product needs to be given a water bath.
Place a saucepan on the stove, pour water into the container and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, the mince should be placed in a bowl and put into a saucepan. A few minutes in boiling water will bring the meat ingredient to the desired condition. On average, this takes about 5 minutes. Everything depends on the amount of mince.
