Honesty. There is no deception or omission in the relationship. Transparency is an important element.
Complete acceptance. No one tries to change the other, because a person must want to change himself, and partners in healthy relationships understand this.
Mutual respect. Respect for feelings, willingness to listen, acceptance of the other person's opinion.
Mutual assistance. Mutual support in difficult situations.
Physical and emotional safety. There is no wariness or tension in the relationship. There is no fear that the partner may swear, shout, suppress, manipulate, humiliate, assert, or abuse.
Sincerity. Openness makes the connection deeper. Partners understand that they can share their thoughts, secrets, and that they will not be judged for it.
Maintaining individuality. Each partner has their own goals, their own personal time and space, rest can be both joint and separate, without resentment and annoying calls.
Matching life values. What behavior model is acceptable in a relationship, what division of responsibilities will be, what hobbies and type of recreation are a priority, worldview, issues of sexual life - all this is an important link, and it is advisable to discuss these things on the shore, so that in the future there will be no disagreements and major conflicts.
