With the onset of autumn, many farmers buy land intended for gardens and vegetable gardens.
At the same time, most plant growers are confident that the blacker the soil, the more benefit it will bring to their property.
This is where farmers make a gross mistake: using such land on a plot of land, on the contrary, can lead to a decrease in the yield of many crops.
This is due to the fact that the soil, which has a rich black color, is mainly formed in low, swampy places.
This means that the soil acidity is increased.
And since acidic soil acts as an obstacle for plants, preventing them from absorbing nutrients, they will grow poorly and, accordingly, bear fruit.
Instead of harming your garden and vegetable patch, albeit out of ignorance, but with your own hands, start preparing fertile soil yourself.
For example, it will take only six months for manure to turn into humus. If you don’t have manure, start building a compost heap – compost, although it is not black but brown, also has a loose structure and is a high-quality fertilizer.
