Why is the buckwheat mono-diet dangerous?
As the nutritionist explained, buckwheat itself is not considered a harmful product and cannot harm health.
However, Solomatina does not recommend going on a buckwheat mono-diet.
According to her, if you eat only buckwheat, your body will not receive enough nutrients.
As a result, the specialist warned, hormonal imbalances may occur.
Not because buckwheat is harmful, but because of the deficiency of building material contained in meat, the expert explained.
She noted that the same consequences would occur if you only ate rice, broccoli or oatmeal.
“Nutrition should be varied, ” Solomatina emphasized.
According to the nutritionist, an adult can eat 150-200 grams of buckwheat per day.
If a person’s activity is associated with high physical or mental stress, then one can eat more of this cereal, the expert clarified.
