Soup composition

The recipe for Bonn soup is quite simple. You will need:

  • celery 1 stalk;
  • tomatoes 200 g;
  • carrots 150 g;
  • sweet pepper 100 g;
  • Peking cabbage 200 gr;
  • onions 100 g;
  • lemon juice 1 tsp;
  • dried garlic to taste;
  • dill, salt to taste;
  • water 1 l.

Vegetables are chopped and boiled in boiling water in a specific order.

First the carrots, after 7 minutes the celery, cabbage and onion.

After 10 minutes, add the tomato and sweet pepper, after another 10 minutes, add the lemon juice, dried garlic, salt and remove from heat.

Cover the pan with a lid, leave for 5 minutes, then you can chop everything with a blender or serve as is.
