Fruits are considered the perfect snack, but when combined with certain foods, they become dangerous.
They are often added to milk or kefir cocktails, believing that this will bring health benefits.
Harmful combination of fruits
For example, bananas and milk is a popular cocktail that causes heaviness in the stomach due to the incompatibility of the components.

Citrus fruits mixed with yogurt lead to heartburn and bloating: the acid irritates the intestinal walls, and milk protein aggravates the process.
Even harmless apples eaten with meat slow down the absorption of iron.
To get the most out of fruits, eat them on their own or combine them with greens and non-starchy vegetables.
And remember: melon does not tolerate being in the same neighborhood at all - always eat it alone, otherwise you will not be able to avoid digestive problems!
It is digested faster than all fruits - in 20-30 minutes.
If you mix it with other foods that take hours to digest, it will begin to rot in your intestines, releasing toxins.
The same thing happens with watermelon. Eat them strictly separately or don't eat them at all.
Pineapple and papaya contain enzymes that break down proteins. In theory, this is useful, but combining with meat or fish leads to too rapid digestion - discomfort occurs.
But these fruits are ideal after fatty foods: they will help the stomach cope with the load.
Grapes and melon are another dangerous duo. They cause fermentation, especially if you wash them down with water. The result is pain and diarrhea.
Do not combine fruits with high sugar content (figs, mango) with fermented milk products: this kills the beneficial bacteria in yogurt or kefir.
What to do if you want a fruit dessert
Prepare mono-desserts: baked apples with cinnamon, grilled pears or fruit salads from one type of fruit.
And never eat canned fruit in syrup - it's a sugar bomb that will upset your digestion.
