Due to the tannins and polyphenols contained in coffee, the absorption of iron and calcium from eggs is disrupted.

In addition, breakfast can cause digestive problems, heartburn, and even dehydration.

It is also important to remember that coffee affects the absorption of antibiotics or antacids.

And when eggs are consumed, this effect is enhanced, which reduces the effectiveness of the medication.

Therefore, in combination with eggs for breakfast, it is best to brew tea. Or drink coffee an hour after eating eggs.
