Secondly, avocados contain a large amount of magnesium, which is important for the nervous system, muscles, bones, and blood vessels.

Avocados also contain a lot of fiber, which improves the functioning of the digestive system.

Due to the large amount of potassium in avocado, it reduces the amount of salt that retains fluid in the body, the nutritionist noted.

In addition, avocado is rich in copper, which activates the production of collagen, which keeps the skin youthful.

As for contraindications, avocados should not be eaten if you have problems with the pancreas, allergies, or exacerbation of chronic gastrointestinal diseases.
