People who want to lose weight should eat cucumbers and broccoli more often.
This advice was given by dietitian and nutritionist Evgeny Arzamastsev.

What to eat to lose weight
As the nutritionist explained, there are foods with very low calorie content, from which it is impossible to gain weight.
These are green vegetables or herbs: broccoli, basil, dill, cucumber. And very sour products, such as cranberries and lemon, - Arzamastsev gave examples.
According to him, the body spends either an equal amount of calories, or a little more or a little less, to process the above-mentioned products.
But the fact remains that they don’t make you gain weight, the expert said.
He clarified that one should not rely only on these products; the problem needs to be addressed comprehensively.
According to Arzamastsev, if you do not change your lifestyle and diet, but simply include foods with minimal caloric content in your diet, you will not be able to lose weight.
However, the expert continued, if you replace potatoes or buckwheat with broccoli or cucumber at lunch, the weight will really go away.
Simply because the diet during the day will contain much fewer calories, the nutritionist explained.
