Diet Named That Reduces Risk of Death from All Causes at Once: Scientifically Confirmed

It is known that some scientifically proven diets reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases such as diabetes, cancer, heart disease. Diets also protect against death.

Chinese scientists have discovered which diet can reduce the risk of death from all factors at once.

A study on this topic was conducted by employees of the Medical College of the People's Republic of China, and the diet itself was called EAT-lancet.

The results of the work were published in the scientific publication Nature Communications.

Meat is allowed to be consumed in moderation and lean. The same applies to poultry, fish, eggs and dairy products.

The findings were made based on observations of 180,446 volunteers aged (average) 56 years. The observations were conducted for 12 years.

Daily diet

Chinese scientists generously share their discovery with the public. The daily diet should include:

  • vegetables - 300 g;
  • fruits - 200 g;
  • fish -50 gr;
  • meat - 45 g;
  • dairy products - 250 gr.
