Banana buns are a simple and delicious dessert that is perfect for breakfast or afternoon snack.
They are not only tasty, but also healthy, as they are made from whole grain flour, which helps normalize the gastrointestinal tract, improves the condition of the skin and hair, and also improves the condition of the nervous system.
If you decide to try this delicacy, you will need the following ingredients:
- 500 g bananas;
- 150 g eggs;
- 250 g flour (whole grain);
- 1 g of soda;
- 1 g vanillin.
Bananas must first be peeled and then mashed to a puree state. You can use a blender or a regular fork for this.
Add eggs to the resulting banana puree and mix well. Then add baking soda, vanilla and gradually pour in flour, constantly stirring the dough.
Once all the ingredients are mixed, the dough should be divided into equal portions and placed into muffin or cupcake tins.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the molds with the dough in there. Bake the banana buns for about 10 minutes.
