According to Sycheva, you should not eat dark chocolate in cases where you have migraines, problems with blood pressure, or vascular spasms. In addition, the amount of such a dessert should be limited in the diet in case of obesity or diabetes.
Children under five years of age should not be given dark chocolate.
Boys and girls over five years old are allowed to have treats, but the daily portion should be less than 20 grams.
