Late breakfasts have a negative impact on the body.

This was stated by Spanish researchers.

According to scientists from Spain, breakfast after 9 a.m. increases the likelihood of developing diabetes.

The specialists monitored the analyses of more than 100,000 people who did not have diabetes. The observations and analysis of eating habits lasted for about seven years.

The results showed that men and women who ate breakfast late (after 9am) increased their risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

The best results were found in those people who ate before 8 am.

This is the time that scientists consider optimal for morning meals.

As for dinners, doctors also noted that it is better to give preference to early dinners before 7 pm.

It helps control blood sugar, and the habit also improves sleep.

The corresponding findings were published in the International Journal of Epidemiology (IJE).
