A doctor explained why you shouldn’t eat too much of this product.
She noted that watermelon has too much glucose and fructose. It is easy to overdo it with such a sweet berry, which means that the body will be more likely to get harm than benefit. As a result - problems with weight, metabolism, and so on. It is much better to use watermelon as a dessert.
The portion should be limited.
You can eat up to 150 grams of this berry per day.
The specialist emphasized that it is a mistake to rely on watermelon and think that this is how the body stores vitamins.
