Expert Veronika Gusakova spoke in more detail about the benefits of such fruits, writes News.Ru.

She noted that bananas contain vitamins A, B6, E, PP, C. In addition, the fruits contain potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and sodium.

The nutritionist recommended eating such products to those who suffer from arthritis or asthma.

But you shouldn't eat more than two bananas a day. The thing is that such fruits are quite high in calories. But it all depends on the degree of ripeness. For example, a green banana will contain a little more than 3 grams of sugar, but a ripe one will contain up to 12 grams.

Gusakova noted that bananas can replace sugar in baked goods.

In addition, you can make ice cream from fruits, but in this case it will be healthier than the classic version of the dessert.
