Chanterelles are popular and affordable mushrooms that many people actively add to their diet. They can be used as an addition to frying, added to soups or marinated.

However, such mushrooms are rarely wormy and are also harmless to people.

Nutritionist Irina Kozlachkova spoke in more detail about the benefits of chanterelles, Vedomosti Podmoskovya writes.

She noted that such mushrooms contain a lot of beta-carotene and fiber, which are necessary for normal bowel function and regulation of blood sugar and cholesterol levels.

But these are not all the advantages. The product contains vitamins PP, B6, zinc, potassium, etc.

In addition, the faces have minimal caloric content.

There are only about 30 calories in 100 grams of the product, which means that you don’t have to worry about extra pounds if you boil the mushrooms. If you fry the product, there will be twice as many calories.

But you can't abuse chanterelles, especially if you have problems with the gastrointestinal tract. Children under two years old can't eat such mushrooms.
