During lunch and dinner there should be as many vegetables as possible. It is desirable that cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and other plant products occupy at least half of the plate.

It wouldn't hurt to add legumes to your diet.

There should be protein products during meals.

You shouldn't give up healthy carbohydrates. For example, durum wheat pasta and whole grain bread are excellent sources of energy.

The specialist also added that for dessert you should eat fruits and berries. The portion should be about 150 grams.

As a snack, you can choose nuts (but no more than 30 grams per day), fermented milk products without additives and sweeteners.

It is important to remember about water balance and drink enough clean water.

During the interview with journalists, Bobrova also talked about what should be eliminated from the diet. She recommended eliminating sweet soda, fruit juices, baked goods, margarine and semi-finished products. One should not get carried away with instant cereals and sweets. It is also advisable to limit the amount of sweet fruits, for example, bananas, dates, cherries and so on.
