This root vegetable contains a lot of beta-carotene. Beets lower blood pressure, cleanse the intestines, normalize stool, and cleanse the liver.

Salad with greens

Any greens are vital for our body. And it's not just about vitamins, minerals and fiber. Greens contain chlorophyll, which is not found in any other product. Chlorophyll stimulates the production of enzymes, which normalizes the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, helps restore damaged mucous membranes of the stomach and intestines. But chlorophyll has another ability that is of great importance for modern people. It removes preservatives from the body.

Salads made from different greens should be consumed daily. Greens can be added to vegetable salads. This will not only give them a new taste, but also significantly diversify the diet.

Salad with radish and daikon

Salads from these root vegetables should be made as often as possible. They are natural bitters, so they stimulate the flow of bile. They can be added to any salads.

To achieve maximum benefit, it is recommended to add nuts and various seeds to salads. For dressing, you can use any oil - sesame, linseed, olive, unrefined sunflower.
