Most diets involve avoiding overly fatty foods, particularly mayonnaise.
Therefore, a recipe for a tuna salad that does not require this sauce will come in handy if you want to lose a couple of kilograms before summer.
This vegetable salad has a pleasant piquant taste and is easy and quick to prepare.
To do this you will need:
- 200 g canned tuna;
- 0.5 head of Chinese cabbage;
- 200 g canned corn;
- 1-2 boiled eggs;
- soy sauce;
- olive oil;
- lemon juice.
The first thing you should do to save time is to boil the eggs.
In the meantime, take care of the other ingredients – drain the liquid from the can of tuna and mash the fish with a fork.
The can of corn should also be freed from the marinade.
After this, you can cut the Chinese cabbage into medium-sized pieces, as well as the eggs - by this point they should have just boiled. The eggs should be cut into 4 pieces.
Place all ingredients in a deep bowl and mix.
All that remains is to season the salad with a mixture of lemon juice, soy sauce and oil and you can serve it.
