According to the doctor, if a person wants to stay healthy as long as possible, then they should give preference to whole grain bread.
The grain itself from which the product is prepared has a certain value.
In this case, it is rich in dietary fiber, vitamins, and contains unprocessed flax and chia seeds.
As for regular products, for example, black or white bread, baguette, it is better to remove them from the diet.
They are harmful to health because they contain sugars, starch, flavorings and other harmful components.
All this has a negative impact on the general condition of the body, and especially on blood vessels and blood sugar levels.
