What holiday table can do without salads? None! And on March 8th – even more so.
To make this day memorable for culinary reasons, we recommend paying attention to the Negresco salad with smoked chicken and prunes.
The recipe for the dish was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .

Products
We will need smoked chicken breast (250 grams), 4 chicken eggs, two cucumbers, vegetable oil (2-3 tablespoons).
You will also need champignons (250 grams), onions (2 pieces), prunes (200 grams) and mayonnaise (to taste).
For decoration you can use walnuts, pomegranate, fresh parsley.
Mushrooms, onions, prunes
We start cooking by cutting the onion and mushrooms into small cubes.
Fry them in a frying pan until they become golden brown.
Let the mixture cool, then add a tablespoon of mushrooms and stir.
Pour hot water over the prunes and leave for 10-15 minutes.
After this procedure, dry it (with paper towels) and cut it into small pieces.
Next, add a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix.
Chicken, cucumbers, eggs
Cut the smoked chicken breast into cubes, add a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix.
Grate the cucumbers through a coarse grater.
We will separate the eggs into whites and yolks and pass them through a grater separately.
Add a little mayonnaise to the whites and mix.
Layers
We assemble the salad in layers: first the egg whites, then half of the smoked chicken breast, then cucumbers, mushrooms and onions.
Then – prunes, egg yolks and the second half of the chicken.
Apply a thin layer of mayonnaise onto the top layer.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds, chopped walnuts and finely chopped parsley.
