How to Make Homemade Bread
Pour 150 milliliters of liquid into a deep container.
You can use plain water. But it is better if it is potato broth (without salt).
Add 6 grams of granulated sugar, 5 grams of salt, 4 grams of dry yeast and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Next, pour 100 grams of rye flour into the same container.
After mixing the mixture, add 120 grams of wheat flour.
Mix again and transfer the resulting dough into a bowl greased with oil. Cover the container with a clean towel or cling film and leave in a warm place for an hour and a half.
Once this time has elapsed, form the dough into a “brick” and place it in a baking dish.
Cover the container with film and let the dough sit again: wait half an hour.
Then put the form in the oven for 25 minutes. The bread should be baked at 180 degrees.
As a result, you will get a truly delicious product: much better than store-bought bread.
