How to Make a Delicious Spread from Lard
It is not difficult to prepare this snack, the recipe is extremely simple.
In addition to salted lard, you will need two cloves of garlic, two sprigs of dill, ground black pepper and paprika.
We clean the lard from salt, cut off the skin, and cut the lard into pieces.
Next, we pass the lard through a meat grinder. If you are not too lazy, you can grind it twice.
Add chopped dill and garlic to the minced lard and mix thoroughly.
An important nuance: dill cannot be put through a meat grinder together with lard, otherwise it will turn green.
The taste, of course, will not change, but the spread will not look very appetizing.
At the end, add black pepper or paprika. You can divide the spread in half and make one portion with black pepper, the other with paprika.
