The cooking process begins with processing the white chicken meat with a tenderizer or a culinary hammer.
Then sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper and leave for 15 minutes in a closed container.
Let's take the onion - cut it into quarters of rings, sauté in oil until transparent.
Next, add the carrots, grated on a coarse grater, to the frying mixture.
Stir, add salt and simmer over low heat under a lid for 5-7 minutes.
