There is a recipe that allows you to prepare a sweet without salt and sugar.

The baked goods will turn out airy, crumbly and tender.

This recipe was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .

Dough

First of all, prepare the dough - in a deep bowl, mix two eggs with 0.5 teaspoon of dry yeast.

Mix thoroughly – the yeast should be completely dissolved. You can beat it slightly.

Then pour a glass of flour into a mound, make a small depression and carefully pour in the prepared mixture.

Next, gradually, adding flour, we will knead the dough. Then we will roll it into a ball and put it in a bag.

Place the bag in the refrigerator for half an hour. This is enough time for the dough to sit and become elastic.

Rectangle

Now you can take it out of the refrigerator. Divide it into four equal parts.

Grease the board and rolling pin with sunflower oil without adding any additional flour.

Roll out one of the dough pieces into a flat cake (half a centimeter thick) and cut into rectangles 35 centimeters long.

We roll out each rectangle separately – increasing it by about 5-6 times.

This way we will achieve the thinnest possible dough and, accordingly, the greatest fluffiness of the finished product.

Frying

For frying, choose a deep frying pan, pour sunflower oil into it, and heat it over medium heat.

At the same time, cut the prepared dough and stack the rectangles.

Place a colander over the saucepan next to the frying pan.

Carefully lower the dough pieces into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.

Remove with a slotted spoon or fork, after allowing the oil to drain into a colander.

Once the brushwood is on the plate, you can lightly sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
