Korean carrots shared the fate of vinaigrette. Healthy and tasty salads, but both have gone out of fashion, and there is no place for them on the holiday table.
But with Korean carrots themselves, you can prepare a spicy and original appetizer that will definitely be approved by your guests.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-class baker told how to prepare the snack.
You will need:
- Korean carrots 200 g;
- processed cheese slices 12 pcs;
- eggs 3 pcs;
- sour cream 1 tbsp;
- mustard 1/2 tsp;
- greens to taste.
How to cook
1. The finished Korean carrots need to be chopped using a blender.
2. Boil the eggs hard and chop them with a blender in a separate container.
3. For the dressing, mix sour cream (it’s better to use thick) with mustard until smooth.
4. Take a slice of processed cheese and layer it first with carrots, then eggs, and then a dressing of sour cream and mustard.
5. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and roll the cheese slice into a roll.
A more filling snack can be prepared by wrapping the ingredients together with cheese in lavash. Enjoy your meal!
