Many people find store-bought lightly salted red fish a bit bland.
If such a product does not suit you, use the recipe from the expert of the online publication "BelNovosti", chef Yulia Arkhipova, which combines salty, sweet and sour.
You can be sure that the result of such a mixture will pleasantly surprise you.
It's worth starting with preparing the necessary ingredients. For 100 g of fish you will need:
- 15 g honey,
- 20 g salt,
- 30 g orange juice,
- 1 g black peppercorns,
- 5 pcs. bay leaves,
- 5 g cognac,
- 3 g dill,
- 25 g vegetable oil.
Almost all ingredients, except for dill, salt and bay leaf, need to be mixed using a blender.
Rub the resulting mixture and salt onto the fish, and sprinkle with dill and chopped bay leaf on top.
The preparation must be placed in the refrigerator for a day, after being transferred to a bag or container.
If you don't have that much time, try changing the recipe a little. The fish needs to be cut into thin pieces and covered with marinade before you take it to the table - in this case, the marinating process will take a few minutes.
