As the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, explained, in order to make meat soft, tender and juicy, you should use the help of a marinade.
A wide variety of products are used as its base.
This could be kefir, tomatoes, vinegar solution, and so on.
But still, the most “reliable” option is a marinade using kiwi slices.
In addition to kiwi, you should add sugar and spices to the marinade. In such a mixture, pieces of pork or beef should be kept for a couple of hours, after which you can start cooking.
It doesn't matter at all what method you choose for this - frying, baking or grilling meat. In any case, it will turn out very tender.
