The fact is that potatoes are an ingredient in holiday salads, including the legendary Olivier.

Unfortunately, most housewives face a serious problem on December 31: they have to spend too much time peeling.

There is a trick that allows you to peel boiled potatoes in just a few seconds.

What to do to make boiled potatoes peel quickly

Before placing raw potatoes in the pan, make a cut on each tuber.

Cut the vegetables down the center by a couple of millimeters.

After this, you can start cooking the potatoes.

Closer to the end of the thermal processing of the tubers, prepare another pan: pour cold water into it, add ice cubes.

Of course, you don't need to put this dish on the stove. Just leave the container on the countertop.

As soon as the potatoes are cooked, transfer the finished vegetable into a container with cold water.

Due to the temperature difference and the previously made cut, the peel will come off very quickly and with incredible ease. The shell can be removed in one movement in a couple of seconds.
