You will need:
- crab sticks 600 gr;
- cucumber 1 pc;
- Chinese cabbage ½ head;
- eggs 3 pcs;
- canned corn 300 g;
- herbs to taste;
- mayonnaise for dressing.
How to cook
1. Boil the eggs hard and cover with cold water. Then peel and cut into cubes.
2. Cut the crab sticks into cubes.
3. Next, chop the vegetables: cucumber and cabbage can be cut into strips, and the greens can be chopped with a knife.
4. The chopped Chinese cabbage needs to be mashed, then the salad will be juicier and the cabbage will not be so tough.
5. Drain the marinade from the canned corn, mix the ingredients and season the salad with mayonnaise.
Crab salad without rice turns out light and fresh. Enjoy your meal!
