How to make a real gourmet treat for coffee or tea from bananas in a few minutes? It's actually extremely easy.

While your family is waking up in the morning and getting ready, you can prepare an incredible treat from bananas - like pies, only tastier and easier!

The recipe was shared by the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova.

Ingredients required

What products will need to be prepared? You don't need too many ingredients:

- 3 ripe bananas;

- ½ tsp baking soda;

- 150 g flour;

- 40 ml of oil;

- 2 eggs;

- 100 ml kefir.

Note! It is recommended to put the kefir on the table in advance. You need to give it a little time before using it so that the drink reaches room temperature.

Cooking process

The principle of making a banana treat is actually extremely simple. But the result is an amazing treat that the whole family will appreciate.

First, break the eggs into a bowl and sprinkle them with granulated sugar. Beat thoroughly.

Carefully pour in the kefir, but not from the refrigerator. The milk should be at room temperature.

Note! If you were unable to get the kefir out of the refrigerator in advance, you should literally put it in the microwave oven for 30 seconds.

Add soda, no need to extinguish it. The acidic environment of the milk drink will cope with this task perfectly.

Add flour. But not all at once, but in small portions, so that it can be thoroughly mixed and no lumps are left.

Cut the bananas into slices.

Dip them generously in the resulting dough and place them in a frying pan where the oil has been preheated well.

Fry the bananas in the batter until they have a nice crust of exquisite golden color. To do this, keep the fire at a moderate level.

This delicious banana dessert can be served with sour cream or toppings. But the main thing is that it should be served warm!
