As it turns out, such a result may be the result of improper use of salt, explains Yulia Arkhipova, an expert on cooking issues for the online publication BelNovosti.
How to use salt correctly during the cooking process?
It is worth knowing that salt is important for meat to have a characteristic rich taste. However, the difficulty is that due to the incorrect introduction of the component, the product may lose its juiciness.
It is also worth considering even such a factor as the type of salt. Fine and coarse grinding have different effects.
If you use a coarse grind, you first need to wait for it to boil. Then remove any scale that appears, reduce the heat and add salt.
When using fine grinding, you should wait longer. It is added about 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
But it is not recommended to use salt with various spices for cooking meat. In this case, spices can interrupt the taste of meat.
