How do restaurant chefs prepare eggs?
There is nothing complicated in this method, but it must be strictly followed. First, you need to put the chicken eggs in a container with cold water and turn on the fire.
After the liquid has boiled, reduce the flame and cook the product for about 8-10 minutes. Transfer the eggs to a container with cold water for a few minutes.
Take the second container with cold water and put ice cubes and a knife in it. Peel the eggs and start cutting with an ice knife.
It should be periodically moistened with water.
This simple method will prevent the yolk from crumbling, keeping the eggs beautiful and whole.
