For cooking some dishes in a frying pan, it is recommended to use butter.

According to the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, as a result of this technique, the dishes become tastier and acquire an appetizing crust.

The only downside is that the dairy product starts to burn very quickly, and in some cases even turns black.

Of course, a tasty dinner is out of the question in such a situation.

But don't be too quick to give up on frying with butter—you can use a proven trick that prevents the oil from burning quickly and preserves its natural flavor.

To do this, all you need to do is mix butter with vegetable oil, preferably sunflower oil.

The main thing is not to overdo it with the amount of the latter: there shouldn’t be too much of it.

You should do it this way: first, grease the surface of the frying pan with vegetable oil, and only then put a piece of butter in the pan - in this case, nothing will burn for sure.
