Prepare several cocotte dishes in advance. This is the name of the small containers in which the julienne is served.
Then take a large tomato, cut it in half, remove all the seeds with a spoon and cut the resulting “cups” into cubes.
Place the tomato pieces in the bottom of the cocotte makers, add a little salt, ground pepper and olive oil.
The next layer is a fairly thick piece of mozzarella.
Next, break at least one egg into each cocotte. If there is enough space, you can add another raw egg.
Place the filled containers in the oven. Cooking time should be 15 minutes. Temperature - 200 degrees.
