Recipe for pancakes with sausage and cheese
First, you need to prepare the dough. Take a deep container, pour half a glass of kefir into it and break one egg.
Mix the mixture, add 100 grams of sifted flour, half a teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt and granulated sugar.
After thoroughly mixing again, the pancake base will be almost ready. Leave the mixture for about a quarter of an hour.
While the dough is resting, cut the cooked sausage (you should get 8 thin slices) and cheese (you need 4 slices).
Next, pour some of the dough onto the heated frying pan to make 4 pancakes. Put a circle of sausage, a cheese slice on each of them, and another piece of sausage on top.
Fill all the “structures” with the remaining dough.
After this, all that remains is to fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
