For two eggs you need 300 grams of semolina, a glass of kefir, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar and half a teaspoon of table salt.
Mix all the above ingredients and leave the resulting mass “alone” for half an hour.
Once this time has passed, use another additive - baking soda (0.5 tsp.)
After five minutes, you can start frying the pancakes.
The result will be a dish that will be incredibly fluffy and tender.
