Yulia Arkhipova, an expert in the field of cooking, a chef and a fourth-class baker from the online publication Belnovosti, told us what to add to the frying pan during frying to achieve an excellent effect.

Of course, the ingredients should be used depending on the dish being fried.

Garlic or onion
