What products are needed?
For 500 g of carrots you should take:
- semolina - 50 g;
- breadcrumbs - 50 g;
- paprika - 1 tsp;
- red pepper - 1 tsp;
- salt and ground black pepper - to taste.
How to cook vegetable cutlets
First, you need to wash, peel and boil the vegetables.
The heat treatment process should not take more than 20-25 minutes.
After this time, the fruits should be allowed to cool and then grated.
Afterwards, you need to add spices and semolina to the resulting mass.
The preparation must be left at room temperature for half an hour, and then you can form cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them in a heated frying pan with oil.
