Here's what you'll need: 1 kg pink salmon, 300 ml milk, a glass of flour for breading, salt, vegetable oil, 1 onion, 1 carrot, black pepper, ground coriander, cloves, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 200 ml boiling water, sugar, bay leaf, juice of half a lemon.
First, gut the fish, cut it into pieces and soak it in milk for 2 hours.
Then fry the chopped onion and grated carrot with spices in a frying pan.
Add tomato paste, boiling water, lemon juice to the pan and simmer for a couple of minutes, then place the fried vegetables in a separate bowl.
All that remains is to roll the fish pieces in flour and fry them until golden brown.
