This is probably what inexperienced housewives think, because professionals are sure of the opposite: expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova told how to cook such meat so that it turns out more tender than tender.

To do this, you need to use vinegar - after using it, the meat will literally melt in your mouth.

Below you will find a detailed recipe for which you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 kg beef,
  • 3 onions (larger ones),
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar,
  • 100 ml of water,
  • 100 g butter,
  • 3-5 cloves of garlic,
  • Salt and ground black pepper.

First, cut off the fat layer from the meat, then cut the beef into large pieces and the fat layer into small ones.

The fat layer should go into the saucepan or cauldron first, after which you can throw the meat in there and pour vinegar over it all.

The next layer is onion cut into half rings, which is filled with water.

Place pieces of butter on the onion, cover the pan with a lid and place on medium heat for an hour.

After the specified time, add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper, stir and cook under a closed lid for about another hour.
